Team Biographies

Steve Noll, Managing Broker, has a diversified background in real estate that spans nearly 10 years in northern Illinois. Steve began his career teaching economics at the University of Hawaii where he completed his Masters Degree in Economics. After moving back to the Midwest, Mr. Noll worked in research and business development for the Rockford Area Economic Development Council. He has worked since then as a broker and leasing agent for several private commercial real estate developers. Mr. Noll has successfully assisted his clients in building new manufacturing facilities, securing tenants, and disposing of surplus real estate. Mr. Noll earned a BA from Purdue University and an MA from the University of Hawaii. He is an Illinois licensed real estate broker.

Jeffrey J. Kaney, Sr., CEO Noll Kaney & Associates, is part owner of the firm and involved in business planning at NK&A. Mr. Kaney's professional background was in civil and military aviation but has evolved into owning and managing a wide array of Real Estate and other Businesses since 1998. Mr. Kaney’s current real estate holdings are in Commercial, Retail, Agriculture, Multifamily Apartments, Condo Developments, and Office Buildings as well as several development projects. Mr. Kaney currently serves as the Chairman of the HCC Realty Board of Directors, a non-for-profit Company. Mr. Kaney's other Business holdings are in the Civil Aviation, Aerospace, and Trucking fields. Mr. Kaney holds a B.S. in Management and Aviation from the University of Dubuque, IA.
